Àdùké
Where have you been?
You came to me with wonders
I thought you staying till forever.
But you left like a flash–

Your effulgent beauty and Dovie nature,
Those I shall miss.

Your arrival had begot:
Love, blessing and joy.
Your departure here it begets:
A shattered and battered heart.
Do you forget you are the other half
Which my half becomes whole.

Love! Thou hath so wicked!
Ye hath made my brain blinded
And my heart you widely opened.

Àdùké, forget not my words,
If love be honest, green shall ours be.

Wonderfully penned… This is applauding and besides ajoke should be careful with her actions. Well done bard.
